3-day retreat
With all its charm and personality, the rhythm of city life finds refuge in the green of the countryside, the blue of the river, the smell of the earth, the sensation of the gentle warm breeze in contact with the skin, and in time, time to BE.
In the middle of the Alentejo, there is a hidden paradise by a river where we will share the return to the organic and Nature, the inner peace and the silence of the dam's water, the intentional movement that brings us closer to a goal of health, of wellbeing, of breathing in the present, of complete life.
That's how it was in previous editions—a fantastic experience with time for learning and sharing. On this edition, we elevate the experience, carefully preparing this immersion in movement, nature, and sharing. We're ready to welcome you.
